Meet the Therapist
Hi, I’m Eric—a therapist specializing in individuals, couples, and teens. I am dedicated to helping people find meaning, connection, and growth in their lives and relationships. I know that reaching out can feel intimidating, so my goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. Using methods like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory (AT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), EMDR, and Gottman Therapy for Couples.
I work with you on the issues that matter most, whether it’s healing past trauma, exploring unhealthy patterns, improving relationships, or navigating life’s challenges. Problems can become entangled, which makes them really hard to manage and resolve. And when we take notice, we see how so many aspects and relationships in our lives are affected. I want to learn who you are, listen to your story, and understand what you need from this process. Gaining insight and learning effective skills can help you handle almost anything that life throws at you. Getting started can seem hard, but always remember: Every wonderful journey begins with the first step.
