Couples Therapy

The real issues we find are more to do with misunderstanding and false assumptions. I am trained in Gottman Couples Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy to find healthier, emotional connection, improve dynamics, and achieve the support and love we need and deserve.

Teen Therapy

I work with teens to help understand and regulate emotions, better communicate, resolve conflicts, improve relationships, and learn skills for the rest of their lives. My goal is to build a caring and safe space for them to feel heard and work together to create positive change. Art Therapy can be a magical door to unlock feelings and open their perspective.
